Known Villains

These are the villains that we know of...

Dark Emperor
The Dark Emperor's true identity is still unknown, and he has appeared before the Senshi for the first time in Shibuya Station. Until then, he had been only a figure in the shadows, watching. He is responsible for releasing the current Parasites into animals and objects that the Senshi have defeated. So far, it'd been fine without Sailor Moon's power...

Currently, little else is known about him or where he comes from. He did, however, make a reference to Crystal Tokyo...

"Blue Senshi"
This is the title given to the girl in a blue fuku, as no one's really seen her yet... However, she hasn't really shown much outside of the Elementary School's little Dinosaur Escapade. She is Childish to the point if she isn't kept amused, she gets so bored she'll even terminate whatever she started. Though it seems like a wasted battle... The only reason she ever starts trouble in the first place is to keep herself amused...
